Great trip to NY for business, which led to a great long weekend for play. Some highlights from this trip included:

Murray's Flaffal on 1st Ave
Union Square Holiday Market
Museum of Sex - Flatiron District
"In the Heights" - Broadway Show - EXCELLENT!!
Blue Fin at the 'W' hotel in Times Square
Mercury Bar - Hells Kitchen
Il Porto - South Street Seaport
Nothing like a Trip to New York to get anyone in the Christmas and Holiday Spirit!

I found your blog on citydata.com, and I'm hoping you can help me out. I've been looking through the forums on Tampa on there... For a small city like Tampa, the live music scene is HUGE! I think these links can show most of what is offered in the Bay area. They both contain calendars, venue information, news, etc...let me know if this helps.

Lives can often run in parallel. I was just there myself and returned to a balmy 80 degrees here in Tampa - a nice juxtaposition.
